Good Morning Team,

First I want to thank everyone on the VPP CoreTeam who emailed me with their excitement as to the pending launch of our new MLM company Maxlife. Yes, there has been a lot put into this and we did this first class all the way for both YOU as well as the entire Vortex Team both current and future. 2008 is right around the corner and it is truly going to be a landmark year, especially for our Vortex CoreTeam which is YOU.

***Today's Communication***

Today I am going to give you an inside detailed look at the MaxLife Compensation plan. While all of the back end programming was a huge element in the development of MaxLife. The compensation plan was in our eyes even bigger. This is what generates the commissions which in a nutshell equates to your financial security and future.

Below I will lay out everything that went into this one aspect of the entire MaxLife development and give you detailed information of the actual Compensation Plan. There were several very important factors that went into this. First the compensation plan had to be good for both the big builder as well as the small builder. We view everyone of you as a big builder and as you will soon see, we have a plan to insure that you are a big builder. But it also had to be good for the small builder. What that simply means is commissions consistently going out for every active MaxLife distributor.

**MaxLife Compensation Plan Development***

This was a very extensive process. It did not take days but rather months to complete. Again as I have told you we did not do this ourselves, but rather retained the top consultants in the Industry to do this. There were 3 steps to the entire process, but each step took weeks if not months to complete. Below I will give you some details of each step. The most important information as far as I am concerned is the actual end result which is the compensation plan which was developed, and will be detailed below.

Step 1: What type of Compensation Plan Structure

This step was to determine the Proper Compensation Plan which would maximize the benefits for every single MaxLife distributor. This had to include both the big builder as well as the small builder. Well it didn't take long with the consultants to determine which type of plan we would go with. There was so much statistical data on this which supported everything for other companies which were both new as well as existing.

I am not going to go into detail here. I think I could write a book about it. But bottom line is we decided on a Uni-Level Compensation plan. This may sound foreign to some of you, but it is simple. You are paid on your entire organization both frontline as well as down line based simply on qualifications. This of course meshes perfectly with how we set up VortexMarketing and how we track your Team. Bottom line is your down line in Vortex will also be your down line in MaxLife.

tep 2: Compensation Plan Development

Once we knew the structure of the compensation plan (Uni-Level), we then had to decide on the consultant who could customize the development for all that we wanted. There are consulting firms out there which specialize in each type of Compensation plan for this industry and we retained the best for what we were doing.

Once that was completed it took another 4 weeks to get the compensation plan completed. This is where we made the decisions on everything you will see below as I give you those details.

Step 3: Compensation Plan Programming

Now that we had the compensation plan completed, it still had to be programmed. This is where the automation of everything with the MaxLife Back office had to be done. Well, this alone took an additional 4 weeks as our software company had to bring in their programming specialist, since we now had what is called a customized compensation plan which is what we have with MaxLife.

***Lets Look at the MaxLife Compensation Plan***

I am very excited to now share this with you. This is not only a compensation plan that will put long term residual income in your pockets but also weekly commissions as well as strong monthly commissions.

Weekly Commissions:

1. Fast Start Commissions:

These are commissions paid weekly 2 levels deep when someone new joins your MaxLife organization. Yes you read that right, we developed a 2 level deep commission fast start structure.

Monthly Commissions:

1. Fast Start: Here is the great part. With our compression system, you will be entitled to roll up fast start commissions which your down line may not qualify for. The roll-up part of the compensation plan is huge as it will guarantee that we pay out maximum commissions to the the MaxLife distributors.

. Customer Commission: This is the commissions paid on actual customer orders. As a MaxLife Distributor you will have a 100% full E-Commerce website which will allow you to market the Maxlife Products. Through this we will then pay you commissions on customer only orders.

3. Level Bonuses: This is where your monthly commissions on your MaxLife Team come into affect. You will be earning commission up too 10 levels deep from just this. Yes, our compression system will insure that we maximize your commissions.

4. Expanding Level Bonuses: This is a very exciting aspect of our MaxLife Compensation Plan. This is where you will be able to earn commissions throughout your entire team regardless of the depth. We have set up multiple expanding level bonuses for this.

5. Matching Bonuses: This one is what excited me most. We not only set this up for matching bonuses on one but 2 levels deep of your team. I don't think this has been done before, and could be responsible for some of the largest percentages of bonus payouts.

6. Executive Bonus Pools: This one is also huge. We already have in place bonus pools which will come from all MaxLife sales volume. But we also built in some special pools we can tap into for promotions and incentives. We did this to make sure we had everything in place for our Vortex Core team which is YOU.

7. Compression: This is very important and actually was what took a lot of extra programming to complete. This will compress your down line up for non-active MaxLife distributors resulting in maximum compensation commission payout. This was done for almost every bonus above.

Everything is set, Everything is done, We are now ready to launch MaxLife. But there is one key element we want to make sure is set in place. That is your success with MaxLife. You as an original VortexMarketingGroup CoreTeam member will stand to reap the rewards of all that we have done to make this happen.
