Good Evening Team,

First I want to say that I hope you had a blessed and
Merry Christmas with both your family and friends. It
can be a very busy and hectic time of year for many,
but is also a time to rejoice for not only what you
have but what you can have in the future. I know at
Vortex we are focused on rejoicing what is about to
come for everyone on this team.

Well, now I am going to get to some of the specifics I
promised you regarding the launch of MaxLife. These
may get a little long winded and I will do the best I
can to give you the real specifics. It is YOU who will
be our founding members upon launch, and it will be
YOU who have the most to gain. Everything we did in
the development was for the long term success of the
entire Vortex organization, we definitely took into
account what we could, can and will do for YOU..our
Vortex VPP core Team.

***Lets Begin***

As I have mentioned in the past communications. It was
always Joel's and my goal and intent to one day launch
our own MLM company. However, we were never in a rush
to do this until we fealt everything was right not
only with the VortexMarketingGroup Team building
system, but also with what it would actually take to
do this. I will simply say this "IT Took A LOT". But we
did it and now we are weeks away from being able to
launch.

This was the direct result of building many many
relationships with the top people in this industry
over the past 10 years. I am talking about every
aspect of the MLM industry including:

-Top Distributors
-Ceo's of Other Companies
-Industry Consultants
-Leaders in every MLM Industry Association
-I could go on and on

***Step 1***

The First step was to retain our first consulting
firm, which happened to be a company we had already
started to build a very strong relationship almost 4
years ago. Well that relationship blossomed over the
past 4 years as they already saw our vision at that
time, and were there when we were ready to go. This
firm has helped most if not all of the fastest growing
MLM companies in the industry get to where they are
today. The bottom line is this relationship lead us
down the road to putting everything in place with the
many consultants we retained throughout the industry.

What you need to know is that to be successful as a
company in this industry, you cannot have just one
consultant but rather you have to have multiple
consultants which specialize in each aspect of the
industry. There are a smorgasboard of consultants out
there in each area, and what we were able to do was
retain the best of the best in each area by utilizing
the relationship with our first consulting firm
above. Yes, this firm sits on the board of just about
every single MLM association which oversees and
governs the entire MLM industry. This is not just for
new companies but existing companies in the industry.
We cannot thank them enough for all they have done to
assist us along the way.

***The Consultants***

The above lead us to the many consultants we were then
able to use as we developed every aspect of our
business plan and model for MaxLife. Below I will give
you a short list of the consultants we had to use. I
will tell you this, Joel and I did not just make a
decision on which ones to retain per a phone call. We
racked up a lot of frequent flyer miles this past year
to go directly to their offices or flying them into
our office at Vortex to interview them. with the
amount of money eacy of them cost, we did our due
diligence as this is our company and our future as
well as yours.

-Programming/Software Consultants: This was the top
priority as you will read below. This is what runs
everything for not only the company but the
distributors. I will spend alot of focus on what went
into this below.

-Legal Consultation: This of course is required
without a doubt. It doesn't take just one Legal firm
to oversee your entire setup but multiple firms who
specialize in the different aspects of the industry to
protect the company as well as the distributors. I
don't intend on getting into detail on this, but we
have 2 of the best firms in the industry covering
everything.

-Compensation Plan Consultation: This was probably the
most important one, and I will share all the details
with you on that in the communication following this
one. This one actually involved 3 consultants and
programming specialists.

-E-Commerce Consultation: The MLM industry is very
different when it comes to e-commerce. But we did what
needed to be done to establish everything that was
needed to insure we had the proper e-commerce solutions
for the MaxLife Company. I won't bore with those
details, just rest assured it is all in place and
waiting for us to launch.

-Payment Processing Consultation: Paying commissions
on time is probably one of the, if not the most
important issues in the industry. Well it will not be
a problem with MaxLife. We retained 2 companies to
help us set all of this in place. I will bring this up
below with part of the Programming information and
probably again with the Compensation information in
the next communication as well as a special
communication I will send regarding the VPP resellers.
In a nut shell, we already have everything done so
commissions will be automatically put onto a
Master card Pay Card when we do commission runs.

-Customer Service Consultation: Part of any successful
direct sales company will be the customer service
infrastructure. We didn't actually have to bring in a
separate consultation company for this. With 95% of
everything being online, our software development will
be able to handle this. We already have everything set
in place with our new 6000 square foot fulfillment
center which will house the employees who handle
everything for customer service. One of my
communications in the coming days will give you
details on everything we have done with the new
Fulfillment center as well as the Corporate
headquarters for MaxLife.

Ok, That covers alot of the details that taken place
to put everything together. I want to spend some time
now on the actual programming/software that will run
MaxLife from both the company standpoint as well as
the distributor standpoint. You may want to take a
break before you read on. Like I said, I am going to
be long winded on this.

***MaxLife Programming Software/Back Office***

I considered this one of the most important things of
everything when it came to the development process.
Everything else really evolves around the programming
which runs both the Corporate as well as the MaxLife
distributor back office. Lets face it, you want to
know everything in detail regarding your commissions,
and we want to know everything regarding the overall
sales of the company in detail.

I won't bore you with details, but will tell you this.
There are about 6 companies out there which run the
software platforms for almost 90% of every MLM company
in the industry. Yes, the largest MLM companies don't
run their own software platforms. So it boiled down to
deciding which company we wanted to go with when it
came to running our software platform. This decision
took almost 2 months back in the early summer of 2007.
After so many demonstrations, evaluations etc, we made
the decision and went with who we know was the best of
the best.

The MaxLife distributor Back office will have
everything you can imagine. You will soon see this
when we go live and you activate your MaxLife back
office. Again we didn't cut any corners when it came
to this. The customized compensation programming also
had to be input for this. Here is just a sample of

-Real Time distributor stats (Multiple Reports)
-Complete Down line Geneology Stats (Multiple Reports)
-Real Time Sales Stats (Multiple Reports)

The bottom line is this. MaxLife will have a
Lambroughini back office. We went all the way to
insure this. We did not settle for the Cadillac
software system. We went all the way for both you and
all of the Vortex Team.

It goes beyond that though. Everything with the
MaxLife back office software is programmed so we can
indeed process commissions with a push of the button.
This is where the MaxLifeResearch Master card will come
into affect. There will be no waiting on checks when
it comes to commissions. As you will see in my next
communication with detailed information about the
compensation plan. Both weekly as well as monthly
commissions will be paid directly to your
MaxLifeResearch Master card. Yes, this is a real
Master card with a real online banking account which
you will be able to manage however you want.

***Next Communication***
