Good Afternoon Team,

If you did not read the prior communication. I have
placed the link for that at the bottom of this
message.

As of right now everything begins. Now I will give you
the complete behind the scenes information of how
everything has come together regarding our new MLM
company MaxlifeResearch. Yes, that is the official
name of the company, as we have only referred to it as
MaxLife so far. There is really no way I can give you
every detail, but will do my best in the coming
communications to lay it all out.

What I want you to know is this. We went first class
on everything as you will see. There were no corners
cut, as this is long term for both us and you. Mine
and Joel's company are 70% majority share holders in
Maxlife and we were the ones making the final
deciscions every step of the way. We were the ones
that knew what would be good for our Vortex Team, and
that is what affected every single decision which had
to be made.

***What our 70% Ownership Means for You and Us***

I think it is important that I stress how important it
is that JBInternet Inc. (Mine and Joel's Corporation)
means to all of this. In the past we have lead many of
our Vortex Team members into only a few hand selected
MLM companies. We did this knowing that these
companies gave our members the best opportunity to be
successful. However, we were not owners of these
companies. We did not have control of the companies
future, comp plans and decisions which affected our
Team members as well as ourselves.

That should not be perceived as anything bad, but
rather a great thing. None of these hand selected MLM
companies which we brought the team into were
failures. In fact, we as well as many of our team
members are still earning residual checks from some of
those companies. What we did is simple, we learned
from those companies what we could do better when we
launched our own MLM company which has always been our
ultimate goal.

Well that goal is now a reality, and you as our most
Valued Vortex Team members are going to reap the
rewards of everything we did in the past.

company.

-We have proven advanced team building systems in
place to keep it growing.

-We have put together the strongest ever group of
people to launch the company which includes you.

***MaxLifeResearch Creation***

Ok, let me start to give you the details of what has
gone into the creation of MaxLifeResearch. The next
communications are going to focus on several key
factors which are why MaxLifeResearch will be a 100%
success not only in 2008 and beyond. As I stated above
we did not cut any corner or cost in doing this. In
fact those costs will some day be public as our vision
is way beyond 2008 which is to take MaxLife Public.
That is just one aspect of our complete MaxLife
business Model. But for now lets focus on what went
into this.

We did not do this alone. We retained and utilized the
top consultants in the MLM industry every step of the
way. This goes way beyond what you can imagine, but
was a must to do this the right way. I will detail
this as I lay out the key items for everything over
the coming days. What I want you to know is that we
did this not just for us, but for our entire Vortex
Team. However, I am only sending this out to our Core
Team who will be our MaxLife Founders.

-MaxLifeResearch Setup:

This one alone is very complex. But I will tell you
here that we retained the best of the best in
companies which will be running everything for the
MaxLifeResearch back end programming. I also want to
introduce you to the key people that our on board with
us at MaxLifeResearch.

-MaxLifeResearch Comp Plan:

I can't wait to send this one out to you. Over 8 weeks
of consultation went into this alone, and then another
4 weeks of programming for what we put together.

-MaxLifeResearch Pre-launch Strategy:

This will give you some details on the official launch
which will be happening prior to end of January. We
are planning a Pre-Launch at our 6000 square foot
facility in San Antonio.

-MaxLifeResearch Official Launch Strategy:

This will detail everything we already have in place
for our VPP members/500 Elite team and ad rotation
members. We have already put so many things in place
for this. Wait till I show you.
