Good Evening,

It has been quite awhile since we sent out a direct
communication to the team. When I say team, I mean
those that are on the VPP team as well as the 500
Elite and Ad Rotation team. The reason for this is
very simple. Joel and I were not going to start these
communications till everything was 100% completely in
place for the launch of MaxLife. Everything that has
taken place in the past 12 months but more importantly
in the past 6 months is now ready to go. Each and
every day over the past 2 months we were itching to
start this series of communications to YOU (The Core
Team), but we had to hold ourselves at bay until
everything was truly ready.

We have been hinting about this in the daily news, and
there are some of you that do know more about this
than the others per personal phone and email
communications I have had with some of you. Now it is
time to bring everyone on this team FULL circle of
what is about to happen and with all the details. We
Will NOT be posting this in the Daily news just yet,
and it is for your eyes only. So Please do not pass
this on to your team till we give the go ahead to do
so.

Over the next days and week (s) we are going to give
you detailed information about the launch of MaxLife.
There is absolutely no way that I can send you all of
this on one communication. I want you to know the
entire path and process that was involved in putting
this together. It was a step by step process which
took the last 12 months to complete. There was only
one way we were going to do this and that is the right
way and that is how we did this. There was no expense
spared along the way as you will see with the details
I will be sending you. Not only did we secure the
future for Vortex, but also everyone on this Core Team
that is reading this now.

-What we did in the past that got us to the Present.

-Development of our New MLM MaxLife Company which will
detail everything. This alone is going to be very
detailed and will take multiple communications. You
are going to see it all.

-Where we are going and how it affects YOU. We have
put so many things in place for this team with the
launch of MaxLife as you will soon see.

As part of this team you are going to see that
everything you did in the past with us will affect
your future in 2008 and beyond. So get ready for all
the information. I consider this mine and Joels
Christmas present to you as we reveal everything to
you. History always repeats itself, but in a better
way for those that learn from that history. We have
learned from the history and have made it into a
reality for a better future for this team. YOU are on
this team and will be the founders for MaxLife which
will Pre-launch within the first 30 days of January
2008.
